Welcome Cocktail

The Welcome Cocktail is the first social gathering between all conference delegates and it will take place at the Venue Hotel. It will be a relaxing evening during which delegates will have the opportunity to talk to colleagues and peers, while enjoying local drinks and ample canapés
Guided Tour & Dinner
Date: 23 June 2025
Departure time: Meet at venue Lobby at 17:45 (depart at 18:00)
Dinner Time: 20:00 – 23:00

Guided tour of Paphos City, including visits to the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Castle. Dinner to follow at traditional Cyprus Tavern including Meze menu and unlimited local drinks.
Wine Tasting & Dinner
Date: 24 June 2025
Departure time: Meet at venue Lobby at 16:30 (depart at 16:45)
Dinner Time: 19:30 – 23:00

Wine Tasting at Kathikas Village, followed by a Fish Meze dinner at a seaside tavern in the Latsi area.
