REGISTRATION

Registrations will be done online through the Pay Link by CityUHK . Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. 

Registration will open on April 1, 2026.

Capacity is limited. Registration will be accepted on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Early Registration until April 20, 2026:
Faculty : US$800
Student: US$650

After April 20, 2026:
Faculty : US$900
Student: US$750

Onsite Registration Fee:
US$1,050

• Registration fees include: Access to the Tokyo’s sessions, conference material, daily coffee breaks and lunches, welcome reception and conference dinners on June 21 & 22.
• *Student Registration: valid documentation proving registered student status (student’s ID Card or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution) should be sent to: scecr2026@gmail.com
